So this past week and a half I have been eating unhealthily and not doing my exercise which resulting in a 2 to 3 pound weight gain, so starting tomorrow I will get right back on track no matter what and reach my weight goal!!!!

-So I ate unhealthy food today but at least I didn’t binge (thank god!!!) and stayed within my caloric intake. I’m still getting use to not binging and its been a slow process but I’m trying to get better and hopefully I will binge less and eat healthier as the days pass. I’M NOT GIVING UP!

Okay for real this time I’m really going to try my hardest not to BINGE!!! But I know sometimes I will give in and fail and I’m expecting that because I can’t just wake up and completely stop, I realize that its going to be a long progress for me to get better. But I’m not going to give up!!!!! I’m going to get through this! Tomorrow is another day!!!!!!

Gosh I’m feeling so defeated, basically this whole week I been binging and I really don’t know what to do anymore, I keep telling myself to stop but I can’t!!!!! >.< WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE SO DIFFICULT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I want is to not be FAT anymore ;(
